Much of Community of Caring's action takes place within our work groups and

 | The Board of Directors is a small group primarily
responsible for the fiduciary and business activities of our nonprofit
organization.
The Board also works to help coordinate much of the campaign's committee work and
activities.

| The Network Action Council is a large group of
committed people from across the Peninsula that participate in the overall direction and
focus of our campaign. Attending a Network Action Council meeting is a good first
step in becoming involved!

| The Program Group works on sustaining an ongoing
dialogue (both face to face and via technology) among the many organizations and
individuals that touch youth interests in our area. This helps us deal with gaps and
overlaps, and pursue opportunities for collaboration.
The Program Group is also responsible for
communicating the five values, providing training in the Community of Caring
program, and celebrating of the great things going on in our community.
